While working to improve our Asia/Pac/Oceania data center, we have routed mail through alternative data centers for our customers in this region. This may cause minimal connection latency for those customers.
Today at 2:30pm MDT we attempted to optimize mail sending for these users. This caused intermittent connection timeouts for some customers connecting to that data center. As of 9:05pm MDT we reverted the changes and confirmed there are no new connection timeouts.
