Identified - Our Operations team is managing traffic to help dequeue and mitigate delays. Mail that was delayed is now being sent. We’re watching queues closely and will continue to provide updates.

Investigating - We are aware and currently investigating reports of email delays caused by network issues that may be affecting some customers. We have our Operations team looking at this with the highest priority, and we will update shortly with more information on a resolution.

Resolved - We have identified and resolved the issue causing smaller mailbox receivers to reject and block mail with a 501 or 555 response. These resulted in SendGrid ‘block’ events, and are not suppressed on future sends.

Investigating - We are currently investigating intermittent Internal Server Errors when creating or saving a campaign using the Marketing Campaigns app. Campaign sending is not impacted and transactional mail is flowing as expected.
