Resolved - Our engineers have investigated and resolved issues with Mail Send Delays in the EU, for both Email API and Email Marketing Campaigns. From 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM PST customers may have experienced a delay when sending email. This delay only affected some mail senders in the region during the period. The issue has been resolved, and all impacted services are operating normally.

Users who are triggering an activity feed export from their SendGrid Account may not receive the subsequent email containing the export. Searching in the activity feed still functions as expected as well as the API endpoints for users with the Email Activity add-on. Resolved - From around 10:35am PDT to 12:22pm PDT on March 11, 2024, customers experienced 404 errors when calling the API endpoint that returns the oldest webhook ("/v3/user/webhooks/event/settings/"). It didn't affect mail send, webhook posting or webhook settings. This issue has been mitigated and resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Investigating - Starting around 11:36am PT on March 6, our engineers began investigating an issue that is resulting in increased latency among a certain subset of customers. This latency may especially be noticeable for users of the "Automations" feature associated with our Marketing campaigns product. Customers may see a delay of up to 90 minutes when processing Automations, but it is expected that those emails will be processed. The email API endpoint is unaffected.
