Our Ops team has confirmed that SendGrid mail flow has not and should not be affected by the outage in Amazon. However, the Amazon outage may affect site, and customers using Amazon West/East to send mail to SendGrid may see mail flow issues if the outage at Amazon is still occurring. - AI

We've identified an issue where a Unique Open or Unique Click may be logged more than once. So far, we've only seen a duplicate unique once (so a total of 2 is_unique = 1 for a single URL).
We're investigating the source, and will correct as soon as possible.

This morning, from 02:30 PT - 04:30 PT, we took longer than expected to process mail. Average processing time was up to 2 minutes. We identified the issue quickly and worked to resolve it, verifying it was resolved within the timeframe.

Our backbone provider is currently experiencing an outage, which is impacting a small subset of IPs.
If your account has IPs in only these ranges: 74.63.x.x, 69.162.x.x, 208.115.x.x (no IPs outside that range), mail is currently being held in our system until it can be delivered. We've worked on transitioning users off these groups for unrelated purposes, so this will only impact a very small number of customers.
There is no mail loss. Most mail is flowing normally, and any mail that is held up due to this will be delivered as soon as the outage is resolved.

We are currently investigating reports from a part of our customer base about the Email Activity page having stopped displaying events at around 5 PM MST. Mail flow is not impacted, all traffic is being relayed as normal - this is only an UI display issue.
