Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed that the issue affecting several Reseller Partner accounts' ability to Single Sign On (SSO) into their SendGrid accounts has been fully resolved. UI Incorrectly Displaying "Disabled for EU Users" Labels
Earlier today, around 2:00 PM PST, some users experienced UI issues where the side navigation menus incorrectly displayed "Disabled for EU Users" labels across available functionality. After investigation, our team identified the cause of the erroneous labels and deployed a fix and confirmed resolved at approximately 2:10 PM PST. All UI functionalities have been restored and verified operational.
