Our engineers have identified and resolved the cause of this issue. Engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed that the Sender Authentication is fully functional again. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Investigating

Starting around 2:57 PT on March 31, our engineers began investigating an issue with Sender Authentication. Customers may experience 500 errors (or console errors) when trying to authenticate a domain, validating a domain, creating a link branding, and validating a link. This error happens on the UI and via API. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
