Customers may experience 500 errors (or console errors) when trying to authenticate a domain, validating a domain, creating a link branding, and validating a link. Resolved - Our engineering team identified, investigated and corrected an unexpected issue today with the Twilio SendGrid Event Webhook. This optional feature, under normal conditions, allows receiving event data in real time based on email sent via a Twilio SendGrid account. However, between the times of 2:20 PM and 3:30 PM PT, a subset of accounts that had this feature enabled experienced delays to normal event posting due to the issue. Not all accounts with webhook enabled were affected by this delay, and no event data was lost. This issue did not affect mail send. All event postings that were impacted with delays during this period are now processing properly, and all systems are now operating normally.
