Resolved - From about 6am to 7am PT, our engineers identified issues with Global Stats and Engagement Stats. While this issue was occurring, customers may have experienced delays when accessing Global Stats and Engagement Stats (including click and open events). This did not impact mail send. Global Stats and Engagement Stats are now functioning normally as expected.
