Investigating - Starting around 12 PM PDT on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, our engineers began investigating an issue with uploading, updating, and deleting contacts in Marketing Campaigns. These contact delays have been determined to be a result of a third party service degradation. This issue only affects a subset of accounts using the Marketing Campaigns contacts feature. This issue does not affect mail send directly. We will provide updates in the next hour or sooner as more information becomes available.
