Update - Our team is still investigating this issue. Customers should be able to log in at this time. However, there may be issues with 2FA and new sign-ups. Customers can troubleshoot by logging out and trying again, using an incognito window, clearing cookies, or re-sending a code to their 2FA device. Investigating - Starting around 7:39 AM PT on 12/9/2022, our engineers began investigating an issue with customers not being able to log in to their account due to not receiving the two-factor authentication codes. Customers may experience trouble when trying to login to the account with an SMS code. This does not impact users who are using the Authy app, just users verifying via SMS. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

We are performing an emergency maintenance for Marketing Campaigns services on Saturday, December 10th from 4PM-8PM PDT. During this time, customers will experience errors in Marketing Campaigns when sending email via Automations and scheduled Single Sends. Marketing Campaigns stats will also encounter delays. New Single Sends and Automations can still be created. Our team will requeue failed Marketing Campaigns emails that were attempted during this period.

This will only impact Marketing Campaigns emails, Email API mail sends and Legacy Marketing Campaigns are not impacted by this maintenance.

Imports, Exports, Contact Uploads, Segment Creation and any other Marketing Campaigns related mail-sending activity will not be impacted.This will not impact mail send.
