Investigating - Due to a third party provider incident, the SendGrid platform is experiencing an issue in billing functionality as of 11:25AM PDT on 9/4/2024. Users may experience intermittent Internal 500 errors when attempting to upgrade or downgrade plans, and inability to access the billing page via the user interface. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Identified - Due to incident with third-party vendors, between 1:40 AM Pacific Time and 2:50 AM Pacific Time on 29th Aug 2024, our engineers began investigating an issue with click tracking and Single Sends. Users may experience delays with click tracking events being updated and issues with Single Sends. This does/does not impact mail send. 

Our engineers have identified the issue and are working toward a fix. We will provide another update in hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Resolved - On 8/28/24, some customers were sent emails that incorrect stated usage was over the daily limit and in some cases over 100% of the daily limit. We identified the cause of the issue and have corrected it so future usage alerts will be correct. No emails were sent in error from impacted accounts, and emails can still be sent as long as the account is under its daily/ monthly limit.
