Inbound Parse Senderauth Domain Error

Resolved - Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with Inbound Parse creation has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Investigating - Starting at 2:00PM PST on January 24th, 2025, our engineers began investigating an error encountered while configuring Inbound Parse: "In order to create a parse setting you must have a matching senderauth domain" This is preventing users from setting up their Inbound Parse, despite having authenticated domains on their accounts. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update within an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Update - Our engineers have identified the issue and are working toward a fix. The new forms and some forms created before the incident should be already functional, we estimate that in about 2 hours all forms will be functional again. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.

Identified - Starting around 11:58 AM PT on January 13th, our engineers began investigating an issue with reCAPTCHA displaying an "Invalid domain for site key" error on New Marketing Campaigns Signup Forms. Due to this issue, end users of the forms are currently unable to submit form entries. This does not impact mail send. We've identified the cause, and we're actively working on a fix. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.

Scheduled - Starting from January 13, 2025, 10 AM PDT through January 14, 2025, 10 AM PDT, our platform will be placing a 24 hour restriction on our v2 API endpoints. This will only impact a subset of customers currently using our v2 API endpoints.

During this time, these customers will not be able to access our v2 API endpoints, allowing for identification and troubleshooting of v2 integration issues ahead of our planned v2 API endpoint deprecation on February 10, 2025.
