Our engineers have investigated and resolved the issues with Mail send Delays and API Call Errors. From 1:18 PM Pacific Time to 1:28 PM Pacific Time on Friday, October 18th, customers may have experienced delays in mail sending and issues with API calls causing errors. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.
