We've identified & resolved this issue. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

Messages that were sent via web API or Marketing Campaigns may have had the plain text version shown to the recipient instead of the intended HTML version of the message. With a plain text message, opens and clicks will not be tracked, which may impact your engagement for sends during that time.

Investigating
We are currently investigating reports of intermittent issues when the HTML part of the message is not being passed along with the Plain Text version. We will update here when we have more details. We apologize for any inconvenience, please direct any questions to our support team. -ab
