Service Disruption: Delivered Event Availability

For a subset of our customers, delivered messages did not receive corresponding delivered events in our system with minor impact beginning on 11/7 and reaching peak impact on 11/15 from 1:30am MST to 8am MST. Delivered events may not be present in the Email Activity feed, Event Notification Webhook, and in aggregate stats for that time frame.

Our team has meticulously confirmed that the mail was sent out, but that events and stats were not recorded. This was due to a configuration mismatch that we have completely removed from our system.
