Resolved - Our engineers have monitored the fix implemented by our third-party vendor and confirmed the issue with contact writes for new marketing campaigns has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Customers may experience an error in the UI that states 'You can't edit the conditions in this segment This segment contains conditions that cannot be edited in the ui. Please contact your developer to edit the conditions contained in this segment.' This does impact mail send. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
