Investigating
Starting around 04:30 PST on April 17th, 2026, our engineers began investigating an issue with contact upload delays when using TNE Marketing Campaings (Legacy Marketing is NOT affected). Customer may experience delays after uploading or deleting contacts using their Marketing Campaing plans. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
