Mail Send Drops and Inaccuracies in Stats

Starting around 11:06 AM PT on 02/26, our engineers have investigated some stats inaccuracies and resolved mail send drops. New accounts and subusers created between Thu 02/22 2:49 PM PT - Fri 02/23 4 PM PT that sent mail on Fri 02/23 between 8:15 AM - 4 PM PT would have been affected where about 16% of their emails were inadvertently dropped which would not be shown in the Stats page. The Mail Send issue has been resolved, and impacted services are operating normally.
