API Key and Session Token Validation Failures

From 10:55 AM PDT to 1:13 PM PDT on Monday October 31st, we experienced an issue with API key and session token validations. Customers may have received an increase in HTTP 401 "Unauthorized" errors when making calls to endpoints other than mail send. Users may also have seen an increase in latency and/or HTTP 500 errors when loading pages in the SendGrid console. This issue has now been resolved and all services are fully operational.
