Our engineers have implemented a fix and are monitoring system performance. Users should no longer see intermittent 503 errors when calling the v3 Email Activity Feed API endpoints. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating
Starting around 1:50 PDT on 9/30/2025, our engineers began investigating an issue with the v3 Email Activity Feed API. Users may see intermittent 503 errors when making GET calls to the /v3/messages & /v3/messages/{msgid} API endpoints.
This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
