Investigating

Starting earlier today on June 29, 2026, our engineers began investigating an issue with the Microsoft Feedback Loop (Spam Reports). Users may experience Microsoft spam reports failing to populate within the SendGrid UI and API. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
