Our engineers have identified an issue in our billing process which inadvertently affected a subset of users. We are working to remediate any remaining users who have been affected. Starting around 2PM PT on November 29th, our engineers began investigating an issue with a subset of customers who may have had their account prematurely billing terminated. This would impact mail send if your account was billing terminated due to this issue. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
