Our engineers are continuing to investigate an issue affecting our customers’ ability, and our systems’ ability, to process payments. Customers may experience notifications about their payments not being processed, and we are aware of this issue. This does not impact mail send.

Investigating

Starting around 05:30 AM, PST, on April 6th, 2026, our engineers began investigating an issue with our customer's ability (and system's ability) to process their payments. Customer may experience notifications about their payments not being processed, and we are aware of this issue. This does not impact mail send.
