Removal of IP Addresses from Azure reseller customers with multiple dedicated IP Addresses

Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with removal of secondary dedicated IPs on Azure Reseller accounts has been resolved. Impacted users should now see their secondary IPs active in their accounts. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Monitoring

Our engineers have implemented a fix and are monitoring system performance. Impacted Azure Reseller Customers should begin seeing their secondary dedicatede IPs added back to their accounts and enabled for sending. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating

Starting around 10:47am PT on 09/13/2022, our engineers began investigating an issue with certain Azure Reseller Customers with multiple dedicated IP addresses seeing one of them removed from their account without user intervention. Customers impacted may have experienced mail send disruption sent through the secondary IPs on their account. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
