Intermittent 502 Errors when using SendGrid API

Our engineers have investigated and resolved the issues with SendGrid API endpoints intermittently returning 502 errors. From 01:38 PM PST to 04:12 PM PST, customers may have encountered intermittent 502 errors when attempting to utilize SendGrid API endpoints associated with Marketing Campaigns, Account Details and Management, the Event Webhook, and Suppressions. This issue did not affect the Mail Send API and Mail Sending was not affected. The issue has been resolved, and all impacted services are operating normally.
