Intermittent Issue with Sendgrid Account Sign-up

Starting around 11:20 PM PST on January 16th 2024 to 5.00 AM PST January 17th 2024 , our engineers began investigating an intermittent issue with the Account Sign Ups.
A small subset of requests from users would have experienced failures with account signups.
This issue has been mitigated and resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.
