Starting around 7 AM PST on 6/04/2025, our engineers began investigating an issue with processing payments / upgrades. Users may experience difficulties updating their payment methods or upgrading subscriptions. This issue does not impact mail send.

Our engineers have identified the issue and are actively working towards a resolution. We have identified the affected accounts and are diligently ensuring that all systems are restored to optimal performance. We will provide another update in 30 minutes, or sooner if more information becomes available.
