Between September 25th and Mid-October, we will be progressively updating our Event Webhook service. During the windows of time where we are performing the upgrades, there may be an increased occurrence of posts with duplicate event logs.

We recommend continuing to utilize the “sg_event_id” as the primary unique identifier for each event. There will be no change to the format of the events or how they are received. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Support team at https://support.sendgrid.com
