Starting around 10:00 AM PST on January 22nd, our engineers began investigating an issue with users not able to send or receive email through Microsoft 365. Some customers may experience elevated deferrals with Microsoft 365. Please reference Microsoft's Status Page here: https://status.cloud.microsoft/m365.
