Retroactive - Degraded Activity Feed API Performance

Starting around 2:00pm PST, July 2nd, our engineers identified degraded performance with the Activity Feed API, caused by certain user-related filters (api_key_id, user_agent, credential_id, teammate username) returning incomplete data. This did not impact Mail Send. Issue was remediated on July 9th, a fix has been implemented, no new issues have been reported from our end, and no new reports from customers have been reported. This issue is now resolved.
