Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue searching the Email Activity Feed has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.
Monitoring
Our engineers have implemented a fix and are monitoring system performance. Email Activity Feed searches that include account names are working again. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
Investigating
Starting around 2 pm PDT on 10/7/2025, our engineers began investigating an issue with the Email Activity Feed. Users may see “No search results” when searches include an account name.
This filter is included by default, which may prevent expected search results from appearing until the account name is manually removed. As a workaround, removing the account name from the search will display results, but we understand this impacts customers who rely on filtering by parent or subuser usernames. Our engineering team is actively working to resolve this and restore full search functionality.
