404 errors when calling API endpoint /v3/user/webhooks/event/settings/.

From around 10:35am PDT to 12:22pm PDT on March 11, 2024, customers experienced 404 errors when calling the API endpoint that returns the oldest webhook ("/v3/user/webhooks/event/settings/"). It didn't affect mail send, webhook posting or webhook settings. This issue has been mitigated and resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.
