Investigating

Starting around 11:52pm PT, May 2nd, our engineers started investigating an issue where users are unable to access full functionalities of their account plan changes (upgrades/downgrades), as well as for some new users that are unable to log in at the moment.

Our engineers are investigating the issue and will provide another update within the next hour. Mail send is not affected.
