Between 14:00 PST November 29th, 2021 and 16:00 PST November 30th, 2021, our engineers identified a subset of Legacy Marketing Campaigns customers whose contacts were deleted when their accounts were prematurely billing terminated as a result of the Billing Incident that occurred on November 29, 2021.

At this point, Legacy Contacts have been successfully restored for all affected customers.
