Starting around 9:15am PST on 4/22/2022, our engineers began investigating an issue with Marketing Campaigns (TNE). Customers may experience delays or time out errors when attempting new uploads or updates to contact lists. Also Marketing Campaigns or Automations may not be sent to new recipients due to delays with contacts. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
