v2 API Endpoints Degraded

Resolved

Our engineers have investigated and resolved the issues with the SendGrid v2 API. Between July 11th at 12:37 PM PT and July 12th at 9:48 AM PT calls to the SendGrid v2 API sourced from the US East region may have intermittently failed with 502 or 504 errors. The v2 API mail send endpoint was not impacted by this issue. Additionally, the v3 API was not impacted by this issue.

The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally
