Dropped Inbound Parse Events

Resolved

From 2:15PM to 3:25PM PT, we experienced an issue with Inbound Parse due to a third party incident. A subset of customers may not have received Inbound Parse events if their servers returned a 500 error during this time frame. Mail send was not impacted. This issue has been mitigated and resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.
