Customer Advisory: Event Webhook Outbound IP Ranges Changes Tuesday, May 4, 2021 from 10:00am to 5:00pm PT
Scheduled Maintenance Report for SendGrid
Completed
Due to an unexpected issue that our engineers are investigating, we will be postponing this change until further notice.

Please do not wait until then to add the new outbound IP address ranges if you are maintaining an allow list for the Twilio SendGrid Event Webhook:
167.89.116.0/24
167.89.117.0/24
167.89.119.0/24

As a note, IP address ranges can be subject to change without notice. Unless specifically necessary, we generally DO NOT recommend allow listing IP addresses. Instead, we recommend setting up features like signed webhook requests or OAuth 2.0 for securing your Twilio SendGrid Event Webhook.

Scheduled
Twilio SendGrid is changing its outbound IP address ranges for the Event Webhook on May 4, 2021 from 10:00am to 5:00pm PT. These are the new outbound IP address ranges for the Twilio SendGrid Event Webhook:
167.89.116.0/24
167.89.117.0/24
167.89.119.0/24

As a note, IP address ranges can be subject to change without notice. Unless specifically necessary, we generally DO NOT recommend allow listing IP addresses. Instead, we recommend setting up features like signed webhook requests or OAuth 2.0 for securing your Twilio SendGrid Event Webhook.
https://sendgrid.com/docs/for-developers/tracking-events/getting-started-event-webhook-security-features/

If you DO NOT currently maintain an allow list of outbound IP address ranges to receive event data from the Twilio SendGrid Event Webhook, NO ACTION IS NEEDED.

If you do maintain an allow list of outbound IP address ranges to receive event data from the Twilio SendGrid Event Webhook, you will need to add the above IP ranges to your allow list to avoid disruption to your webhook.

For clarification, this is a customer advisory. We have attempted to notify affected customers in our outreach campaign and this is an additional step to alert customers of the breaking change that will occur if the above IP ranges are not added to your allow list.
