Customers received incorrect usage alert emails

On 8/28/24, some customers were sent emails that incorrect stated usage was over the daily limit and in some cases over 100% of the daily limit. We identified the cause of the issue and have corrected it so future usage alerts will be correct. No emails were sent in error from impacted accounts, and emails can still be sent as long as the account is under its daily/ monthly limit.
