Investigating
Starting around 9:50 AM PDT on July 11, 2026, our engineers began investigating an issue with New Marketing Campaigns Contact Uploads. Users may experience delays in their newly uploaded contact lists appearing or updating in the dashboard. This issue is isolated to a specific subset of our infrastructure, so it does not affect all users. Legacy Marketing Campaigns features remain entirely unaffected. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 60 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
