Starting around 4PM MT on Wednesday, 1/27/21, to 9AM MT on Thursday, 1/28/21, our engineers became aware of an issue that caused a very small percentage of customers to experience drops with the error, "The smtpapi string must be a hash". Our engineers have mitigated the issue and are observing no further drops with that error. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
