Our engineers have investigated and resolved the issues with Stats delays for Click, Open, and Unsubscribe Events. From 2:43 PM PST to 4:00 PM PST on Friday, 10/27/2023 customers may have experienced delays in reporting of Click, Open, and Unsubscribe events to the Activity Feed or to Event Webhooks. This did not impact mail send. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.
