Missing usage alerts for subuser accounts

Our engineers have investigated and resolved an issue with usage alerts related to subuser accounts. Starting October 2, 11:42 AM PST and until October 13, 12:50 PM PST, administrators of parent accounts might not have been able to set up credit usage alerts for subusers. This didn't impact email sending. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.
