Non-Unified Account Email Address Change Notifications Not Sending

Our engineers have investigated and resolved an issue with Email Address Change Notifications not sending. This issue only affected accounts not Unified with Twilio. From Sept 19th at 1:24PM PT to Sept 23rd at 12:10PM PT, customers leveraging non-Unified accounts may not have received email address change verification emails. Any requested email changes made by these accounts during this window would need to be re-triggered on the user end. The issue has been resolved, and all impacted services are operating normally.
