Our engineers have investigated and resolved the issues with managing payment methods in the SendGrid interface. From 1:00 PM PST Oct 2nd to 1:00PM PST Oct 3rd, a very small portion of customers may have experienced errors when attempting to add or update their payment method. The issue has been resolved, and all impacted services are operating normally.
