Technical Incident: Seven minutes of auth fail

For approximately seven minutes starting around 1:11pm MT and ending around 1:18pm MT our team observed auth fails for API call and mail send attempts. The fails have been resolved. Messages that may have failed auth during this time will need to be resent. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience.
