Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed that the issue with the SendGrid UI has been resolved. All services are now operating normally.

Identified

Starting around 17:35 PDT on 3/30/2025 , our engineers began investigating an issue with some modules within the SendGrid UI not loading properly. Customer may experience issues when trying to load some modules in the SendGrid dashboard. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
