Between January 30th, 2025 and February 5th, 2025, a problem occurred with some storage and availability of SendGrid email activity data. Our engineering team identified that this incident only impacted a subset of customers specifically sending via the EU with regionalized sub users. Ongoing impact due to the root cause has been mitigated since February 5th. While impacted email activity data during the affected period for EU sub users is still being investigated for the possibility of restoration, please reach out to our support team if you require assistance and believe to have been affected by this issue.
