SendGrid Accounts with Dedicated IPs found sending out Shared IP Pools

Our engineers have investigated and resolved the issues with SendGrid accounts that showed mail sent from an IP other than the Dedicated IP on the account which was utilizing the Automated Warm up feature. This issue was confirmed resolved at 5pm PST on Thursday April 7th. Customers may have experienced mail sends where an IP outside of the Dedicated IP was utilized. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.
