Technical Incident - Single Send Sending Issues

Between approximately 3:00 PM MT 10/7/20 and 10:48 AM MT 10/8/20, customers attempting to send Single Sends using segments may have found that the Single Send failed to send. This affected Single Sends making use of segments. This did not affect Single Sends being sent to lists exclusively, nor did it affect Automation or Legacy Marketing Campaign sends.

Symptoms of this are a Single Send that shows a triggered status with no accompanying statistics (requests, delivered, unique opens etc.). Additionally, searching for that particular Single Send in Email Activity would yield no results. Single Sends that failed to send as a result of this outage are no longer viable. If you've determined that you were affected by this outage and still wish to make your send(s), you will want to duplicate the failed Single Send and send again.
