Our engineers have implemented a fix and are monitoring system performance. Inbound Parse creation should no longer result in an error when attempting to use an authenticated domain. We will provide another update in 30 minutes.

Investigating
Starting at 2:00PM PST on January 24th, 2025, our engineers began investigating an error encountered while configuring Inbound Parse: "In order to create a parse setting you must have a matching senderauth domain" This is preventing users from setting up their Inbound Parse, despite having authenticated domains on their accounts. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update within an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
