Our engineers have investigated and resolved identified issues surrounding event data loss. From April 21st 1:30 PM PST to April 24th 11:00 AM PST, approximately 0.08% of event data was lost. The event data includes all delivery events such as Processed, Delivered, Bounces and Blocks. The data lost during this time period is unrecoverable. This includes data within Stats, Email Activity, Expert Insights and the Event Webhook. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.
