Azure customers can present delays when processing certain account changes

Starting around 11:15 AM and until 1:23 PM PST, Azure customers may have experienced a delay in processing account changes (such as upgrades, downgrades, and unsubscribe (cancellation) requests) for their SendGrid accounts. Engineering has applied a fix for this and no delays should be expected from now on. This does not impact mail send
