Investigating

Starting around 11:15 PM on 11 December 2023, our engineers have began investigating an issue with mail send requests delays for SMTP and API. Users may experience delay responses for mail send requests. This does impact mail send. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
