Investigating
Starting around 4:22pm MT on November 9th 2022, our engineers began investigating an issue with duplicating Single Sends within the Marketing Campaigns in the UI. Users may not be able to duplicate Single Sends in Marketing Campaigns while our team investigates this issue. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
