Our engineers implemented a fix that appears to have resolved the earlier issues with accessing the IP Access Management page through the SendGrid UI. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating
Starting around 9:08 AM PST on February 9th, our engineers began investigating an issue with the IP Access Management screen not loading for some customers. Users may experience an error message when attempting to access the IP Access Management tab within their SendGrid UI. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
